630 Marketing provides search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), web development, and related digital marketing services to businesses and agencies. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW") executed between 630 Marketing and the client.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site and serve as a general framework. They do not supersede any executed client agreement; in the event of a conflict, the executed agreement governs.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of 630 Marketing, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Ownership of work product created for clients (e.g., website code, content, reports) is governed by the applicable client agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, 630 Marketing retains ownership of all work product until payment is received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the SOW.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from our SEO or GEO services, as search engine and AI platform algorithms are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 630 Marketing, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 630 Marketing in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lincoln County, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
